Hall Rental
Hall rental is for village residents and non-residents. We have a full kitchen with new appliances, 100 cup coffee maker and a 30 cup coffee maker.
Rental is on a first come, first serve basis. Call (715) 394-3171 for reservations and rules. Hall Rental Rules and Agreement
A deposit is due in advance to reserve dates.
Hall rental fee per day: Residents $75.00 Non-Residents $100.00
Hall rental fee if serving alcohol per day: Residents $150.00 Non-Residents $250.00
Deposit fee: Residents $75.00 Non-Residents $100.00
Early access fee - $20 (if available)

Dog Licenses
Dog licenses are required in the Village of Oliver and Douglas County.
Current fee is $10.00. A rabies certificate must be included with your application. Dog License Application

Chicken Licenses
Chicken licenses are required in the Village of Oliver.
Current fee is $10.00. A maximum of six (6) chickens allowed. No roosters. Chicken License Application and Ordinance

Notary Public
Notary service is available at the Village Hall Office during regular business hours. There is no charge to village residents for notary service.
